{"id":2738,"date":"2016-12-13T10:56:57","date_gmt":"2016-12-13T09:56:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bfg.pl\/?page_id=2738"},"modified":"2025-05-16T12:40:20","modified_gmt":"2025-05-16T10:40:20","slug":"efdi-cooperation-agreement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bfg.pl\/en\/about-us\/international-cooperation\/efdi-cooperation-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"EFDI Cooperation Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Signing the EFDI Cooperation Agreement under Article 14(5) of Directive 2014\/49\/EU\/ of 16 April 2014 on deposit guarantee schemes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On November 28th 2016, the Bank Guarantee Fund (BGF) signed the EFDI multilateral cooperation agreement between deposit guarantee schemes under Article 14(5) of Directive 2014\/49\/EU of 16 April 2014 on deposit guarantee schemes (DGS). The objective of this Agreement is to facilitate an effective cooperation between DGSs and, where appropriate, the designated authorities, in the EU.
